The outreach ministry at Tree of Life is always growing and changing. We constantly try to stay attuned to our community to determine what God is up to and assess our congregation’s strengths and abilities in this area so we can determine where each individual is called to give their time, talents and resources. We are always looking for new ways to serve, and we want to encourage each other to have an outward focus, remembering that we have a beautiful opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we interact with people in our community. We are living the truth that every person on this earth matters to God.
We’re here to help you find a place to serve in your area of interest, passion or giftedness. There are many opportunities with various ministries with varying degrees of time commitment.
We provide weekly Bible studies and crafts at their shelter for battered and abused women in Orange County.

We partner with St Paul’s Church in Tustin making and serving dinner for our friends without homes and jobs (all are welcome).

Once a quarter we provide breakfast for the community on a Sunday morning.

Every few months we invite the whole church to be involved in a “Serve Day” where we roll up our sleeves and take on a project together. These events are listed on the website in advance.
There are many opportunities to get involved with Olive Crest, a ministry to abused, neglected, and at-risk children and families. You can serve children on a weeknight with others from your Parish, or become a mentor to an individual child.

On the 1st Sunday of every month, we will be bringing chili and cornbread to eat with our Orange homeless neighbors at Hart Park (near the pool) from 1230-130pm. Contact Michelle Sullivan at michellesullivanphotography@yahoo.com

Many kids in OC benefit from their free lunch program at school during the week, but don’t have much food on the weekends. Come pack bags of food for these families.
