The pastors, elders, and catalysts at Tree of Life are seeking to raise up, train, and equip pastors, church planters, missionaries, and other spiritual leaders who will live out the kingdom of God and discipleship to Jesus in the 21st century. Our internship process is not an isolated ministry position, but part of a larger journey toward full understanding of church, ministry, and missional leadership that is meant to equip you to find a ministry position in an existing church/ministry or creatively start new kingdom initiatives. A recent intern was told by their seminary that they had the best internship of anyone they’d seen.

We focus on the following areas of training:

• Being disciples/apprentices of Jesus
• The practice of regular spiritual disciplines/practices
• Engaging others as disciples of Jesus
• Living out holistic formation
• Being students and teachers of the Bible
• Serving, training, and leading others
• Innovating, leading, and managing ministries
• Developing the skills to launch and lead a new church or ministry
